1) Make a desktop shortcut to the executible file on the network (e.g., x:\lookup\lookup.exe)
2) If missing, download and install Microsoft .NET Framework (www.microsoft.com/downloads).
3) Modify the machine's runtime security policy using the .NET Framework Configuration tool (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools).
a) Select "Runtime Security Policy"
b) Under Tasks, select "Adjust Zone Security"
c) Select "Make Changes to this Computer", unless there is a specific need to limit changes to the current user.
d) Select "Local Intranet" zone and set trust level to "Full Trust".
