Make an account in qmailadmin (Ex. https://spam.egpglass.com/cgi-bin/qmailadmin)
Activate tmda by going to spam.egpglass.com and loging in as the user. Next page click yes at the bottom. Click on filters and the first two lines (Ex. from-file /home/vpopmail/domains/hutchsys.com/postmaster/.tmda/lists/globalblacklist drop) are supposed to have postmaster instead of the user's name
Go back to qmailadmin and in forwards, delete the vdelivermail line and add the forward to username -> username@exchange.egpglass.com line
Make sure there is @exchange.egpglass.com in AD (exchange mail properties for the account) too
test by sending an email from an outside account and make sure it gets stuck in user's pending. Release it by confirming yourself. Make sure user gets the email.
