The file with the encrypted type-ahead (autofill) settings is c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\application data\microsoft\outlook\PROFILENAME.NK2.
Setup Outlook fully. Recover the old Profilename.nk2 file and rename it to replace the new existing .nk2 file.
