Issue:
Jean was editing/renaming items in a family table without thecking the entire table out first. Could not check in parts.
Resolution steps:
Backup modifications on the table for the parts that were checked out by clicking on file, backup and then choosing the location to store the part file on the file system
"Clear the cache" by renaming the C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.POWERVAR\Application Data\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire\.wf
folder to old.wf
Check out all the unchecked out parts
Import the modded files from the file storage back up
Check everything in
