Per below, the "Conference" Short Code plays a greeting and is
transferred after a code 2857 is entered to extension 199 which in this
case is the extension associated to the polycom phone in the conference
room.
Once complete you have to make it active by selecting "Save and Make
Live" from the file menu.
This short code is tied to the incoming number is the System Manager
software.
